Yes, I use a couple of things.
I use sites like Addmefast, Youlikehits, Like4Like, Followlike and others to increase my Twitter followers. These are semi-real followers, but still they make your account look impressive! And then real people are more likely to follow you.
But I don't like to spend money, so I use iMacros from this guy in order to collect points on the above mentioned sites easily and on autopilot: Digesale iMacros for Social Media and Exchange Sites
And I also buy followers sometimes, for Twitter and Instagram, usually to kick-start a new account, or just to really quickly increase my followers. I get those from here: Social Media Marketing Services Marketplace - Socialesale.com
After a lot of searching, these 2 sites I can recommend for iMacros for Social Exchange sites and for buying Followers and Likes and stuff.
And of course, at the same time I follow people on Twitter, and many follow back. I also retweet and favorite people's tweets, and many people return the favor and also follow me back.
All these things put together, I get to build up my accounts easily and cheaply, while still maintaining quality and having real followers.
