Then when you have a few hundred or a few thousand followers, then you can use the follow tactic. It’s actually the follow/unfollow tactic as it’s more commonly known, but basically you just go and follow people that may be interested in your niche.
Your account now has a few hundred or a few thousand followers which you purchased, so it looks popular-ish, and also make sure you upload nice photos relevant to your target audience, relevant to your Instagram account. And if it’s a personal Instagram account, still, make sure you have content uploaded.
Now you follow people, and many will reciprocate and follow you back. In time you will be following thousands of people, but also thousands will be following you. At this point you can unfollow many, most, or all of the people you are following, and then do it again ;)
