It's right that if you rank on the first page of Youtube your video will get
plenty of views. But the question in the title is wrong.
It’s not just about how
many views your video has. There are many factors that play a role in
how a video ranks. If it was just views, we’d all be on the first page…
oh, wait, we can’t all be on the first page, it’s not big enough ;)
Okay, so here are some of the things that play a role:
1) Your video quality
2) Your video description, title and tags
3) Amount of Views and Likes your video has, and amount of subscribers your channel has - buy here to increase: Buy YouTube Video Views, Likes and Channel Subscribers
4) Amount
of social signals your video has (Twitter shares/likes, Facebook
shares/likes etc) - you can also get them on the link
above, or this is also a neat site to get great stuff: DigeSale | Premium Online Digital Marketplace
5) Backlinks/Embeds
 - these are links when you embed your video and create backlinks to
your video on forums and blogs and websites.
Best of luck! :)
